- The product must be returned within 3 days of receiving.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- A proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, the refund process is simple and straightforward:
- Contact our customer support team either by phone or email to initiate the refund process.
- Provide the necessary information, including the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Orders
While we strive to provide a hassle-free refund experience, there are certain items that are non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Last minute orders (this includes orders/payments received less than 5 business days before the date needed.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom products. Once you have paid your invoice, agreed to proceeding with our services, and/or approved your design and/or size, changes can no longer be made. If the product does not fit, a new order and additional payment must be made. Please be advised that payment constitutes as your order agreement.
